DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
To keep our product prices low, we do not have a physical store. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we do accept returns for items that are returnable. Scroll down to view our Return Policy. 


ARE YOUR ITEMS AUTHENTIC?
All our items are guaranteed 100% authentic. These items are sourced from the largest golf equipment retailers in the United States. We are also partners with the local distributors of most of the golf brands. For pre-owned clubs, pictures on our site are of the actual item.


WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?
We give a 30-day warranty for any manufacturing defects in the material and workmanship of our golf clubs. Defects do not include, scratches, depressions not on the clubface, paint chips, nicking, or any other blemishes from normal wear and tear. We will replace your defective club with a similar club. Should stocks not be available, the buyer has the option to find a replacement club of the same value or receive the replacement in the form of store credits.

IS YOUR WEBSITE SAFE AND SECURE?
Yes, we value your security and take the necessary precautions to secure our site. Our website is secured with a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Certificate from SSL.com. Transactions on the site are protected with a 2048-bit SHA2 SSL encryption. Our website is hosted by e-commerce expert, Nexcess which is a is a PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliant hosting provider. DO YOU STORE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD INFORMATION?
Online credit/debit card payments are transacted via PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal.com where your online payment transaction will take place. Upon payment completion, you will be redirected back to our website. We do not store your credit card information on our website. DO I NEED TO REGISTER IN ORDER TO PURCHASE?
Yes, you will need to register in order to purchase from our online store so that we can contact you to confirm and update your order.


HOW DO I ORDER?
1. Click “Add to Cart” on items you wish to purchase.
2. When done shopping, click on the “Checkout” button.
3. Complete the required fields such as name, address, mobile number, city, province, zip, etc.
4. Select your Shipping Method
5. Select your Payment Method
6. Click “Place Order Now”
7.You will receive an invoice via email regarding your order.

Note:
1. For non-registered users, our system will automatically create a new account for you.
2. For registered users, you will be prompted to login with your user name and password to complete your order.
3. Shipping Methods vary depending on your location.
4. For PayPal payment method, you will be redirected to PayPal.com to complete the transaction and redirected back to our website upon payment completion.
5. For BPI and BDO payment method, kindly deposit the amount mentioned in the invoice and email us a copy of the deposit slip so that we can process your order.
6. For Cash on Delivery, we will contact you through text message to confirm your order. Please make sure your phone number is correct. We will only process your order when we get a text acknowledgement confirming your order. Kindly view our Cash on Delivery policy below.
7. For Local Pickup, we will contact you through text message to confirm your order and coordinate your pickup date and time. Please make sure your phone number is correct. HOW DO I PAY?
1. You can pay via credit/debit card through PayPal, BPI, and BDO Bank Deposit, Cash on Delivery (Metro Manila Only), or Local Pickup (Metro Manila Only). 
2. Upon checkout, simply select your preferred payment method. As with most online stores, shipping is an additional fee.


CREDIT / DEBIT CARD VIA PAYPAL
1. You will be redirected to PayPal.com where you will enter your PayPal account details and redirected back to our website upon payment confirmation.
2. You can pay via Credit / Debit card through PayPal.com.


BPI OR BDO BANK DEPOSIT
1. Orders with payment via BPI or BDO Bank Deposit are valid for 24 hours. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, the order will be considered void.
2. Orders done during weekends and holidays will be valid for 24 hours the next banking day.
3. Kindly reply to the invoice sent to you by sales@pinoygolf.ph or Viber (+63)917-819-5369 with a scanned copy or a photo of your bank deposit slip within 24 hours so that we can process your order.
4. All check payments must be cleared prior to order processing and shipping.
5. Orders are usually processed and shipped with 24 hours upon payment confirmation.
6. Should you change your mind and wish to cancel your order, kindly inform us immediately via text (+63)917-819-5369 or email at info@pinoygolf.ph. No cancellation fees apply. Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled. 
7. We may contact you via email and/or text message for payment reminders and requests. Non-reply to our payment reminders and requests may result in the deactivation of your account.


CASH ON DELIVERY (METRO MANILA ONLY)
1. Cash on Delivery is on Beta Testing so orders may take longer to process as compared to other payment methods.
2. A P50 fee applies for all Cash on Delivery orders as this is an outsourced service via Ninja Van Delivery or XPost which charges us a Cash on Delivery fee.
3. We will contact you through text message to confirm your order. Please make sure your phone number is correct. We will only process your order when we get a text acknowledgement confirming your order.
4. Confirmed orders are usually processed and scheduled for shipping with 24 hours.
5. Should you fail to reply to within 24 hours to our order confirmation text, your order will be considered cancelled and may result in the deactivation of your account.

LOCAL PICKUP (METRO MANILA ONLY)
1. Local Pickup is at our Warehouse in Lot 1A-2A J. Tionquiao St., Manuyo Dos, Las Pinas, Metro Manila STRICTLY by appointment only as our staff is not always in the warehouse.
2. Pickup time is from Monday to Friday, 1:00pm to 4:00pm, excluding Holidays.
3. Strictly NO walk-ins allowed. You will NOT be allowed to enter the premises to fit or view the items for safety concerns. This is a shared manufacturing warehouse and not a physical golf store. There is a lot of manufacturing going on inside the warehouse and there is no space inside to fit or view the items.
4. Your order will be brought to you outside the gate by our staff.
5. Pickup should be done within 48 hours or your order will be considered cancelled. 
6. We will contact you through text message to confirm your order and coordinate your pickup date and time. Please make sure your phone number is correct. We will only process your order when we get a text acknowledgement confirming your order.

WHAT IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OR INVOICE REGARDING MY ORDER?
Upon completion of the order, you should automatically receive an email confirmation within 5-10 minutes. If you didn't receive an email from us, kindly check your junk mailbox folder.


WHAT COURIER SERVICES DO YOU USE?
For Standard Shipping and Free Shipping, we use a multiple couriers, namely Xend, Xpost, Ninja Van, and LBC Express. For Cash on Delivery Services, we use Ninja Van or LBC. It is the discretion of PinoyGolf which courier they will use to ship your orders with the exception of LBC Express should you choose LBC Express as your Shipping Method. You will not be able to select your chosen courier other than LBC Express which has a premium rate for faster shipping times.

DELIVERY GUIDELINES
1. The delivery time count starts upon the confirmation of your payment, not when you place your order.
2. Payment confrimation cut-off time is 11:00 am, payments confirmed after 11:00 am will be shipped the following day. We will make our best effort to ship your order within the day for payments made after 11:00 am.
3. The delivery time count does not include weekends and holidays.
4. These are estimates and may slightly vary depending on unforeseen conditions such as holidays, typhoons, and other circumstances. 
5. PinoyGolf has no control of the shipping times once your order has been turned over to the courier. Although in most cases, your item will arrive within the estimated shipping time


HOW DO I CONFIRM MY PAYMENT?
For over the counter or online bank deposits, kindly reply to the invoice sent to you by sales@pinoygolf.ph with a scanned copy or a photo of your bank deposit slip or online bank transaction receipt so that we can process your order. You can also text us your full name, order number, bank name, date, and time of deposit to (+63)917-819-5369 to confirm payment so that we can process your order. 

PayPal payments are confirmed immediately.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING?
1. We provide Free Shipping for orders of P3,000 and above.
2. The Free Shipping option will appear in the checkout cart when your order sub-total is P5,000 and above.
3. Free Shipping is only applicable for BPI, BDO, and PayPal Payments.
4. Free Shipping is NOT available for Cash on Delivery orders. Our Cash on Delivery Service is outsourced via Ninja Van Delivery which charges us a Cash on Delivery fee.
5. We use Ninja Van Standard Delivery for our Free Shipping service which may take 3-7 Working Days for Metro Manila areas and 3-10 Working Days for areas outside Metro Manila.
6. This is a limited time promo and may be removed without prior notice.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we do accept returns for items that are returnable. Items must be in the exact condition they were received and must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the item. We accept returns up to 48 hours after receipt of the item, in exchange for a 100% refund in the form of store credits. You are responsible for return shipping costs and may be charged a 10% restocking fee. We will credit your account within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

In the rare case that your shipment contains a defective item or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will ship you a replacement at no charge and credit the cost of your return shipping charges once your return is received. If the item isn’t available or you don't wish to receive a replacement item, we will credit your account for the item amount.
